    There's a French restaurant in Hexham that won some Gordon Ramsey best restaurant award. Couldn't tell you what its called it whereabouts in Hexham it is like, so I guess that's been absolutely no help whatsoever.

    Splashing out then Leazes. Posh restaurants eh? You paying I hope ;) When it comes round to my 4 year anniversary I'll probably be so skint again like the 3rd one that I'll have to borrow a couple of quid off the mother and go dutch <laugh> The girlfriend didn't mind like, luckily for me!!


    And you didn't take ME out to a nice restaurant :( Bloody travelodge and a Little Chef is all I got!!!!

    Louis' in Jesmond is the way forward. Or basically any restaurant down that strip. It's a posh place in general really.

    Last time I was in Newcastle I went to Marco Polos on Dean Street which was nice, as somebody else said it's not the poshest in the world (if you're looking to wow her with some michelin star cuisine its not your place) but its pretty trendy and has great food.
