I wonder what the average number of player injuries are and of what duration are, in a season are for a Championship club.

Presumably all managers and directors of football have a good grasp of these important figures.

Is it unusual for a club to have 4 such injuries relatively early in the campaign?

I would have guessed that more injuries occurred later in the season as fatigue and accumulation of 'knocks' happens?

Ballard, Stewart, Simms and Cirkin accumulate about 30m worth of talent and look how we coped this week. I've never known us so strong

He is very modern mate. He is a coach who always learns and improves and is supposed to be excellent with sessions. He is a very good man manager as well. I reckon he is the type of coach these lads will run through walls for, because he does everything for his players. He is tailor made for us at this time I think.
He's certainly taken me suprise, I had no idea tbh.

I think those were the hardest games-in-a-row we have all season and to come away with 4 points is excellent, we could argue if we had been more up for it against boro we could have nicked that one as well.

diallo and bennette once again proving they have what it takes, joined by ba who also slotted straight in...along with dajaku they showed no fear and went for it, great to see and only michut to make his mark now.

when even the commentator is saying that he expects mowbray to be questioning some of those decisions then you know the ref fecked up a few times...blatant push/collision on clarke, the hand ball in the box (it stopped the ball getting into the middle and deflected it out of the box) so two penalty shouts ignored, then the push on roberts just outside the box, that far side linesman flagging and saying roberts pulled the defender over when he never even had hold of him, he just backed off and the defender fell over, (they both looked at each other and shook their heads) and there will have been others, high time something was done about the officials, league one was bad enough but i expected much better in this league (although i have no idea why i did).

so, another good result coming off a very energetic midweek game and the young lads making their mark...all is good.
