Is Edozie first team ready? I'd think we would need to be confident in moving at least 2, maybe 3 of our 10s on if we were to bring both in. Doesn't seem like a priority to me given we still need a striker, DM/CM, full back and potentially CB if Bednarek/Stephens go.

Juan is likely FB cover/ one for the future. Edozie Is to come in for the departing Redmond probably

Even so and making the massive assumption that we land Gakpo, and making the assumption that Redmond goes, that would still leave us with Stu Armstrong, Aribo, Elynoussi, Gakpo, Edozie, Walcott (yes I know, but he is still a player that we pay) as 10s. Not to mention that that is AArmstrongs new position and Djenepos position too in theory. Way too many players.

Agreed, we must have something lined up for 1 or 2 of these as there is no way we would waste that much in wages even if it was financially possible.

Not many of these are actually 10s though are they?

I think Redmond and Walcott can be moved on if there's a suitor but I wouldn't go further than that.

As Larios is classed as a left back I guess we now have two ‘natural’ left backs in that position. As Moussa has been covering that position I guess there is no reason why he can’t cover KWP at right back if required until Tino gets back to fitness. I know Larios is only 18 but good to have back up in that position nonetheless. I guess we can all hope that he hits the ground running like a certain other right back did at 18.

It's where they play for us generally speaking. They're all vying for the same spots in the team. Aribo can apparently play anywhere, but assume he was primarily bought in as a 10. AArmstrong was obviously brought in as a striker, but that hasn't worked out and given his performances at 10 I assume that is where he will play going forward. Djenepo was a 10, but may now only be used as full back cover I don't know.

I would have been hoping we move on Redmond and Walcott even if we wern't bringing in another 10. If we brought in Gakpo and Edozie I'd be like to think we would be moving on Redmond, Walcott and Ely or (given the rumours, SArmstrong). That would still leave us with a lot of bodies for the same few positions but hopefully more quality. (I really don't want SArmstrong to leave, but it is weird how little game time he has got at the start of the season).
