More seriously, Liverpool have looked short in CM so far this season.
 
Without meaning to sound too negative - letting Romeu leave without a replacement coming in would be a very poor decision. And would have been regardless of Lavia’s injury

Not really. If Redmond goes we'll need a couple in that area anyway. And Edozie would be quite cheap. We still want that quality signing which looks like Gakpo.

Is Edozie first team ready? I'd think we would need to be confident in moving at least 2, maybe 3 of our 10s on if we were to bring both in. Doesn't seem like a priority to me given we still need a striker, DM/CM, full back and potentially CB if Bednarek/Stephens go.
