I'm sure there'll be one as he certainly hasn't put us on TV8 to wallow about in mid table, but I think it's top half this year and have a push next is the official line. Christ we will never have a clue what each transfer actually costs or what salary a player is earning. Plus once the money is spent the money is spent.
