Man City apparently in for Phillips. That is one club who have been linked to JWP hopefully not interested this summer. A deal for Phillips would be pretty easy if Leeds do go down.

My Leeds mates all think he’s off to Villa

They also think he’s trying to get them relegated so it’s easier for him to leave and not be hated by the fans. So they are basically idiots

A long-haired, bearded Pole who wears kit number 69, and has gotten sent off twice this season (in nine matches!). He had a good reputation in the past, so probably an affordable roll of the dice.

And also, a reminder: if your keeper isn't at least a bit crazy, you don't have a keeper. You have a tall person who wore the wrong shirt to work.

Can you imagine him and Lyanco together? As mad as 12 monkeys in a 10 monkey barrel. Yeah we'd probably ship goals but at least we'd do it in an entertaining fashion <laugh>

I would like to Walcott stay and maybe get another role at the club like say working with the youngsters or perhaps coaching. I think he could be real inspiration to the kids.

It’s best he moves on for all parties, disappointing whenever he played.

Southampton winger Theo Walcott, 33, is considering a move to Major League Soccer, with New York Red Bulls, New York City FC, LA Galaxy and Los Angeles FC among the former England international's possible destinations. (Sun)

Absolutely mad that we gave him a huge deal and then never played him again

His influence on the dressing room is invaluable.

Sorry.
I'm not denying that as his playing days are almost over but a coaching career if he chose to do so could be beginning and teaching kids could be beneficial
All joking aside, if he retired and took on a role with the younger kids, that wold be beneficial.

I am with you though that a good influence in the dressing room isn't worth 70k a week :)
I meant retiring then a new role with the club. I made that clear as mud in my first post <laugh>

Dunno if he'd come, but I'm throwing out Josko Gvardiol from Leipzig as my number one CB target. Second choice would be Oumar Solet from Salzburg, who would come.

On that note we should definitely sign Ali Reynah for about a tenner and is in my Saints team that won the league
