Terry completely different to them. Gascogne comparison ridiculous.
Why would a bloke drop from premier league to league 1? Also there isn’t any evidence to suggest this regime has the financial clout to bully premier league clubs.
I’d be over moon with Dyche but that’s mags levels of delusion that I’m afraid.

Gascoigne had a stellar career, that was the obvious comparison.

Terry would have to drop from the PL to L1.

Campbell had to go to Southend for a job ...

... Lampard and Gerrard didn't.

If you believe Terry is the answer then fair enough.

I didn't suggest, in any way, that we can bully Burnley, you suggested that.

However they may be thinking Dyche has done his time there, Dyche may think the same.

You asked who my choice would be and that's the answer ...

... I've no idea if it's possible, much like you and Terry.

I'm against bring in Terry for the racism issues with Rio and Anton. Especially if Jermain is signed. The last thing we need is to bring in an issue that could fester and divide. It's going to be tough enough to get out of this league as it is. I'm proud to have followed Sunderland for best part of 60 years, and the behaviour of people like Jermain make me even prouder. Terry was a great player, but no class. I wouldn't be proud. Same as you can't be proud to buy players with Saudi money.

Terry is out of work, he isn’t dropping from anywhere.
I asked who your choice would be, I expected a realistic answer as what’s the point in suggesting someone’s you wouldn’t expect.
I’ll go for Rinus Michels in that case, about as much chance of him popping up as Dyche.

That’s a fair comment I’d forgotten about that, was he found guilty, I can’t remember that either?

So your the realist yet you want Keane or Terry.

Exactly what makes you think either would a, come or in Terry's case be a success?
Well neither are getting a job in prem, Keane has said himself if he gets a job offer it would be championship or league 1.
Terry needs to start somewhere, why not us?

Who do you want?

I wouldn’t be upset with Keane coming back mind.

I think he’s in touch with the game still, not a long while since he was involved with Ireland & Villa.

Understands the club, brings a bit of status, did amazing things first time around.

For clarity, not saying he’s my pick, but I get why some would take him and I’d not be against at all.

He's my pick. The last time I was genuinely proud of this club was his time here.

Whoever gets the job I will back, but please whoever you are put a team out that leaves everything on the pitch and don't give up no matter what.

Come, rain, shine, league 1 or the Premier league I will (and I think 99% of others) will back 11 players in red and white that give their all every game.

Its not a lot to ask and to quote Billy Cornelly, when you get bored just pop the bal in the opposition net

There’s a lot of logic in it.

We’ve all read the book, seen the bond he had and heard how he felt it ended too soon and he’s unfinished business.

There’s weight behind it, whether he would fancy the setup we have for recruitment is one spanner.

What is the setup for our recruitment?
i keep hearing this as if we are doing something that is groundbreaking. All I’ve see so far is a bunch of loans and freebies, it’s hardly a system that screams overly progressive.
