Bruce essentially did, that turned out ok. Peter Taylor did. Ehab knows nothing about football or how to run a club, his Dad at least left some people charge who did.

How did Steve Bruce run the club?

And Peter Taylor??

Is there some article on this I've missed?

I really don't think he's ever said much that's that harsh has he? This feels like one of those things that people keep repeating and thinking it's more true the more it's repeated but what is it based on?

From what I've been told, it's not a single one thing that's been harsh, it was the constant snipes and negativity even when doing well. He seemed to look for things to distract from it. It's not just things he's said in public either. The club just acted on the players request but let's be fair they where extremely happy to have an excuse to do it which is a massive shame.

BBC commentary should be available every single match day for all local pro clubs no matter the feeling between club and broadcaster

No but they can be asked about it.

There is no obligation on millionaire owners to allow themselves or their employees to be subjected to hostile questioning, no matter how unsatisfactory that might seem.

There sort of is though, as part of membership of the league.

Ok.

So if you take the passion of the fans away which leads to less frustration.

And you take the vocal support away when things are going badly (and therefore well too).

If you think we should all be thankful to be there and watch even when we see things going wrong.

What’s the point in football?

Re McCants son getting pelters on Instagram or whatever, I hate that even if it has happened and it shouldn't, that he has though fit to bring it into the public domain.... are we supposed to feel sorry for him...?.... a deflection tactic...?

I don’t like McCann but he has every right to bring up that his teenage son has been abused.

Anyone doing it is an idiot.

Agreed. Thats out of order.

It's one thing having an opinion, it's another thing entirely harassing a kid cos of who his dad is.

Even McCann should be treated with a level of respect, whether you want him in charge or not.
