Pork and leek sausages with onion and bacon gravy on a mahoosive pile of mustard mash.
Ran out of tomato sauce for the gravy so hoyed in some sweet pickle.

I’d say this was only ok if you hadn’t put so much effort into the presentation.

Aye, just stuck an episode of boardwalk empire on and slept thru half of it <laugh>

Gotta get the dogs out before dark.
 
Used a tip from ginge for cheese and onion pasties.
Mixed cheese, onions softened in butter with leftover mash.

Overfilled first two, second two still look like stevie wonder put them together. More cheese next time and less spuds.

sweet pickle in a gravy, a novel idea, i may try that.
instead of tomato sauce i would have hoyed in some brown.
mustard mash, i'm all over this, a little twist, some fried onions.

anyone heard of/tried Asian pickles known as ‘Achar’?

just throw a spoonful into your red meat curry dishes

bangin...unique taste...hard to describe but an inspirational twist. Reckon @luvgonzo would appreciate it.

you can get chilli, mango, mixed veg etc
