There will come a point when it will be impossible not to announce the takeover. Only so much can be done without it. Issues such as selling or buying/loaning players will be much more easily resolved when the ownership is resolved. As we're very close to a transfer window it needs to be resolved quickly which is why I'm expected the pieces to all fall together. Donald has, imo, been using the impending transfer window as a lever to push the buyers into settling for a quicker deal.
As I've suggested, I don't believe it's in anyone's interest to allow it to drag on much longer ...
... hence my earlier purchase of a bottle of celebratory rum.
However, the only thing that will satisfy anyone is a yellow ticker or a wavy scarf, which is quite understandable.

I've been out for the Christmas food shop and got his text, dropped a nice bottle of dark rum in the trolley on the strength of it. I'm now happily waiting for the news to break and think it will be on Sky first.

Went to buy a bottle of Lambs Navy rum in a shop in Gibraltar. Bloke didnt have any and recommended a cheeky little Appletons a mere 75%. He warned whatever you do do not drink neat. Sorry but that is a challenge in my eyes. What a mistake that was. I would imagine it was close to drinking molten lava. Even diluted it just seemed to be a longer just as strong drink.
