Neither is racism.

You’re beginning to come across a right smug **** StevenI’m just going to leave that to hang for a while.
I thought long posts meant superior knowledge??At least you've got the hang of using less words when you have nothing to say.![]()

Is there racism in your school?
There is racism in your school? Really? Do tellYep. Our school is 98% white.
It’s taken very, very seriously.
There’s nothing smug about it.

I’m just not wasting words on you anymore.
You crack on.

War is political. I’d go as far to say that after actual politics, it’s probably the most political thing that exists.
There are absolutely political issues with not wearing one, ask John Snow (the broadcaster, not the Game of Thrones guy) or James McLean.
I don’t mind people disagreeing, that’s fine. In fact, it’s the best way to stimulate discussion. The fact that people disagree with taking the knee and are seeking alternative methods to combating racism is brilliant, so long as the replacement for the knee isn’t “nothing at all”. We’ve tried “nothing at all”, that doesn’t work.
Taking the knee as a stand against racism started in 2016, Floyd’s death was just the final straw after numerous police killings.

Is 98% white racism or you’re just in a part of the ER with no minorities because of lack of jobs etc?
How political of us to not let Hitler do what he wanted.
Of course the poppy appeal originated to raise funds people who died in WW1 originally. Only people in this country find something wrong with something which honours their war dead.
Do all the school take a knee every morning and if not why not?I’m not in the East Riding. I work in a Hull school.
And no, I won’t go into detail, I don’t know who is on here and I have safeguarding protocols to consider and any discussion may narrow the field of possibilities for potential parents.
I will tell you that the incidents have been against both white and non white children. And both were dealt with in the exact same manner.
Unemployment in East Yorkshire is less than Hull or jobs play no part in it.Ther

I’ve worked with quite a few lads from Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe mainly and their thoughts?Unemployment in East Yorkshire is less than Hull or jobs play no part in it.
Surprising how many minorities you see represented in Brid now. A lot of Asians have appeared recently. Chinese, Vietnamese amongst them. Only time you see most of them is when picking kids up from school. My optician hails from Africa, won't narrow it down, and has some interesting views on immigration.
You’re asking why four year olds wouldn’t take the knee before school?
You’re aware that footballers are fully grown adults with social depth and the ability to understand context, whereas primary school children are children, right?
If a child took the knee before a game, I wouldn’t mind. Footballers don’t have to take the knee, they aren’t forced to. There have been several games this season where we haven’t. They choose to do it.

never ever trust a Nigerian Chazz!!! Truth
Careful, you will be accused of taking money out of Hull and living elsewhere. Some think that shouldn't be allowed.
