you want everyone onboard with your positivity, it can’t happen because lots of people deal in facts and not just emotions.
I can see you aren’t content with that.
You are entitled to your opinion, but I am struggling with the facts you are on about. Cowley has a League 1 and Championship win rate of 32.5% compared to Johnsons League 1 and the Championship win rate of 37.7%.

Edit: Johnsons win rate is 37.7%

At this level we are bound by the fair play rules and it doesn't make much difference how much an owner has. Asa business we are broke and losing money which is what matters when it comes to signing players or a manager.

But the manager doesn't count towards the salary cap.

good good, didn’t wanting you sending yer blood pressure north

Im not the one thats negative as feck mate.
Crying over our new manager is probably 1 of many other things youve cried about today, you just seem that way inclined which tells me you have a sad life.
Did mammy cook your tea warm enough tonight, or did she do you the wrong dish??
Lifes just one big massive negative to you i bet.

I'm sure everyone at the club will count..

I don't believe it does no. Either way we aren't broke so I don't know why you keep saying it, not being able to spend isn't the same as being skint. Not that we won't be able to spend, under 21s don't count towards it either.

Isn't Johnson supposed to be the attack minded one out of the two?

How do you think we will not be broke when we were just about breaking even last year and then 14,000 season card holders cancel because of Covid and no walk through the gate income either.. Of course we will be broke.

I’m with you on Pearson and would’ve loved him here but I don’t think any of those 4 would work with a sd and a dof so probably the best one available for the direction is going would have to be Johnson.

Pearson or Gus were my first choices but think you're correct about them not fitting into the structure we're trying to set up. While I was a bit bland over Johnson at first there's one thing about him that just stuck in my head. He's been a league manager for seven years over three different clubs and got sacked once, and that was Bristol City when they were about 10th. Regardless of anything else, I find that quite an impressive record.

Has anyone else listened to the interview and agree with Mackem?
Definitely talking about the new owners.
Kept refering to the ownership group. Never heard that before
Also talking about them having significant finance available
But in general just the fact he's here talking about a new progressive structure for the club speaks volumes
Worry not this has nowt to do with SD mate

I heard the local radio Lincoln sports reporter yesterday say he couldnt see the Cowley's working under someone so we've gone for Johnson imo.
The fans didnt want PArkinson but we gave him a chance. The fans were right.

I really hope Im wrong but this is a very poor decision.
mate bore off man , were in league 1 for christ sake , we've got a manager
Cowley would have been my choice if we couldnt have tempted Poyet.

We have missed a big opportunity here.
bet it took you ages to come up with that name mind
