There’s clearly a split in the club. Bob knows what Methven and Rodwell tell him, maybe Ball but it sounds like Fox and Donald and Methven are at odds in some way. However it seems obvious that the shares to watch are Donald’s so the news to watch is Donald and Fox. No idea how much they telling Methven really but feasibly he doesn’t know the exact position.

From what I’ve been told, its always been Donald selling his shares and sartori staying on

I have a big issue with them making a profit. It sort of suggests that they’re leaving it in a better condition than when they acquired it. And we all know that’s about as far from the truth as is possible.

I can see your arguement. However, they have put a lot of effort and time in, certainly in the early days, and of course you can argue the merits of that time.

Like I said I dont mind them taking a small profit but if they are holding the club to ransom and demanding silly money that is holding up any possible takeoover I dont think that is on. We need to be clear about the Club's parachute money too and that should be factored into any deal if it is sitting in a bank account somewhere.

Whatever info Rodwell is passing on is likely to be irrelevant and second hand. No reason for him to be involved at all. As for CM wouldn't believe a word he says.

Like you say Donald position is the only thing that matters. Starting to worry that he has cocked it up again. He has form.
He f****d over the original Spanish consortium to buy the club on his own when he didn't really have any funds to take us forward.
He pissed off FPP last year.
Really hope he hasn't done it again.

Only ongoing good sign is that Donald seems to be having nothing more to do with the running of the club.
He hasn't been around for ages (apart from the Oxford match away) but more to the point neither has Fox who has always been Donalds hands on accomplice.
All signs he's on his way. Just hope someone like Storey doesn't turn his head with another get rich quick scheme.

From reading his posts I think he definitely has contacts and knows people.
However his problem is he loves the attention and the name dropping
and can't understand why everyone else isn't really impressed.
To the point where he doesn't even question what he's being told.
He ends up posting loads of contradictory stuff and often stuff that is just wrong and illogical
Which people rightly pick apart.
Then he gets upset and starts abusing people

Completely cyclical been going on since the German takeover and probably before.

Putting out info shouldn't be about name dropping. It's just wanting to contribute to help other fans out. If you're in a position to do so, then it's a good thing. I know alot of people are sick so it can be nice to get clarification from time to time. I could name drop plenty. Not going to help the situation at all. It also compromises the people you namedrop.

Bob just makes it too easy for them because of the endless contradictions.

Or, you get lucky. You buy low and sell high because you have been able to buy in a buyer's market and sell in a seller's one. No luck to be had here to rescue him from the failures of his tenure. He wants to sell, so he says, and if so it is a matket profoundly in any buyer's favour.

It looks like his ego might take him down, and possibly us with it.

Agree with much of that but the squad is healthier now. When he took over it was old, bloated and massively expensive. He's done some decent work. I'm upset about the academy, but not much else. Used to look at our bench with Watmore, Oviedo, Grigg and wonder how we weren't running away with the league.

I personally think the board has several different offers on the table, including his after initially saying he wasn't credible. His offer is maybe the underdog and he is putting pressure on the board by putting it all over social media. Nothing else makes sense to me

I never believe the good stuff mate, just the negative ones. By anything I presume it is a matter if he wants to retain a few shares?
