I don’t care who believes me or who doesn’t. But out of principle I won’t just disappear. If the take over happened I’d be the first to hold my hands up as being wrong. But I stand by everything I’ve said.

just because you believe it’s a crazy scenario, doesn’t make it wrong.

Oh yes you do care who believes you. It's the only reason you keep on here posting on this thread and no other as you're ****ing desperate for folk to believe you. You were crying after one day of posting on here because folk believed what @Smug in Boots was saying and didn't believe you. Even went so far as to claim he had his own little army of followers on here. ****ing pathetic.

Love coming onto this thread as it really gives me a buzz to see what people are hearing but it Soon turns to **** when a certain poster comes back on Here with his drivel that he’s heard and continues with the same all ****e, nothing new from him on what he’s been told but just the same inane crap every time.

So,as far as you know, has it not gone to the EFL yet?

This is what I posted a week or so ago.

"As far as I'm concerned 'serious talks are ongoing' and the EFL are, or soon will be, involved."

The only other thing I've heard, that I can post, is that Donald has abandoned control of the club to Rodwell. I took that with a pinch of salt but other people, more in touch, have expanded on that.

As far as I know there's no obligation to announce it's gone to the EFL or for them to confirm it.

I would have thought the EFL would be able to comment if it was at that stage, as a member club I think they would comment If a journo asked the relevant question, unless someone can tell me something factual as to what the are unable to comment.
That’s my one reason for thinking it hasn’t reached that point yet.

I agree. If it was at the EFL leaks would of come out by now regarding who it is imo

Agreed. The more people who know about something, the more it's likely to leak. If it was at EFL stage I think a lot more people would know about it and its likely that confidentiality wouldn't be as important as the deal would be done. With Covid and the new restrictions I don't see why Fuhrman or anyone else would be rushing to tie up the purchase. I imagine there are talks ongoing, they've probably been ongoing for a while and are nearly at the agreement stage, but at a late stage I imagine the uncertainty, and Donald's likely desperation, will lead to a few spanners in the works. I'll still be quite surprised if anything happens this year tbh

Not sure why any leaks would be coming from the EFL tbh. I'm fairly certain there would be come sort of client confidentialty going on with fit and proper persons test and going back to when Don took over, I can't remember any leaks coming from there when he took over.

Very much this.

SD virtually appeared from nowhere, deal done.

The EFL are under no obligation to confirm or deny anything, similar to the mags and the PL.

The day Donald an co were confirmed as the new owners came massively out the blue..there was no leaks anywhere, I was at my sons football who played on the same team team as Lee Howeys son, I was always into Lee about any info and he was just saying that he had heard about Niall Quinn maybe coming back in....a couple of hours later our current regime were confirmed.....any announcement could come at any time
