which is what i have been saying <doh>
but it is stupid of them to have "muddied the waters" though in the case of your old girl it would still have been included in the final official figures as covid is on the death cert .

yep i should have had an annual scan back in approx april & have heard nothing yet . Though have to say if they are doing it in the main hospital instead of the offshoot treatment centre not sure i'll go considering the local trusts reputation .

I saw some stats on Peston the other night mate and from memory it was circa 320,000 now on scan waiting lists compared to the standard average of around 15,000. As always, it’ll be a postcode lottery.

oh they certainly employ a lot of useless ****ers though my last stay as an in patient was pretty good tbf .
My beef is that people laud the NHS as this paragon of virtue which seems a strange to me when scandal after scandal keeps coming to light which almost always the NHS have either covered up or just ignored warnings / complaints for years .

Buses, tractors, can all do one. It's all about excess. You gotta say yes, to another excess.

Only heard roday that the laws relating to high risk ppl in self-isolation having the right to stay off work is being scrapped. So if you have a medical condition which makes you susceptible to infection e.g. you're neutropenic, then the employer can then insist you come in.

I don't know. Just heard about it on the radio on the drive home. Bit of an extreme move imo.

PWC were interviewed on TV this morning, in a roundabout subtle way, trying to suggest people should return to work....as in not work from home. It appears it don't help the economy when people work from home. Despite the reporter pointing out, surely you wouldn't need such large offices, falling on deaf ears.

I was listening to a bloke from HMRC on the drive to work who believe it or not said productivity has actually gone up. The fact ppl are working from home, doing the job without the hour or 90 min commute. It's also meant local bars, shops, cafes have also become busier although it's at the expense of major city centres. But I thought the productivity increase was a bit of a surprise.

Yeah it was accepted productivity had gone up. Not sure why PWC are worried about City buildings, maybe some self interest there, don't know.
