I could have sworn we had an option to buy Wilks at the end of the season... Even if Barnsley want him back after his loan ends, cant we use our option to sign him and Barnsley can do **** all about it?

Oh, I get it. They don't want to sign a new contract because at the start of each season, everybody leaves and we have an influx of new players.

Peter. It goes without saying our dynamic duo don’t care. I don’t believe they ever did. It was more about personal ego when it was going well. Disappointed though when pros who have had a good living out of the club can’t see it through to the end.

Obviously Ehab thought the contracts where too much money.
We could put it another way, if Ehab hasn’t have spunked all that money on Maddison we could have afforded both for another year, although Irvine hasn’t been good.
Hope Pennington doesn’t get injured, because Mckenzie is a horrendous option.

We’ve been getting away with it in the past. You can’t keep pissing about with squads/management the way the Allams have. Sooner or later it’ll bite you on the arse. In our case it’ll be sooner.

If we did then it would be on the exact same terms as current deal and we wouldn't have wanted to pay it
Apart from the fact we need the numbers, as **** as we are there’s no great loss there. The worse part is we won’t replace them with anyone better, equally Lichaj and irvine won’t stay in the championship unless there’s another car crash of a club like us desperate for players
I'd say any of the club's coming up from L1 would take them and dare say a couple of the lower end champ clubs.
