No it isn't, he's from Sheffield.
don’t give up your day job!

No it isn't, he's from Sheffield.

My son, who is an expert malingerer, has already played that card. To be fair, he did have a temperature last Thursday but he was fine on Friday and knew we couldn't send him to school if he said he wasn't feeling well. No one wants to be "that" parent.People who show "even minor" signs of respiratory tract infections or a fever will soon be told to self-isolate in an effort to tackle the coronavirus outbreak.
The UK government's chief medical adviser said the change in advice could happen within the next 10 to 14 days.
No ****er will turn up if they have that excuse.

Therein lies the issue. Since company sick pay i.e. being paid your normal wage when off ill, has largely become a thing of the past, and SSP is so low the vast majority couldn’t live off it, combined with the majority of the nation having no savings........many will feel they simply can’t afford to self isolate.I can't just take two weeks off work, unpaid, or at SSP rate, which is like £93 a week or something ****ing ******ed! Just listened to a teleconference about the impact of the virus on the global economy.
Summary:
China and the rest of Asia will be fine as they have proactively dealt with the virus
Europe is a bit ****ed and needs the ECB to step in. Recession imminent, pick up in 2nd half of the year
US is ****ed as Trump administration has tried to deny the existence of the virus and only just accepted yesterday that it's a major problem
I watched the Trump/Pence news conference last night. Basically Mike Pence was put forward to say that Trump has been magnificent at dealing with the virus. I hope some of these sycophantic ****s write biographies once they're away from the insanity of Trumpworld.
That article doesn't say that at all! The FTSE100 is up 3.8%. It fell 7% yesterday so, no, it hasn't recovered. It's still about 15% down from where it was earlier in the year.Thats the complete opposite of what most commentators and economists I have heard, have said.
Also the Financial Times says the Stock Market has recovered today and its business as usual

Its not going to be anywhere near as a bad as the 2008 crash. And most of the instability from yesterday was from Russia and the Saudi's beefing over Oil production. I am sure Covid 19 hasnt helped at all, but the Oil beef was the main cause.
You need to buy bog roll as well. Dip the bog roll in oil, wrap it round your head and join the Tory party. That will protect you.So let me get this right
if I buy some Oil
I won’t get the virus?

Oil has stabilised as in some of the stocks have recovered around 5% but they fell 15-40%. The Russians and the Saudis haven't come to an agreement so it's not business as usual at all.
The oil issue was the catalyst this Covid 19 market didn't need. The virus is still going to have a massive impact on the economy. It's only just begun in Europe and the US.
It won't be as bad as 2008 as the fundamentals are still strong but the volatility is far from over.
