This morning I watched the ex girlfriend of Johnson show him up for what he actually is. Talk about a woman scorned. Apart from suggesting that he had his trousers surgically attached to his waist she really had no suggestion as to how he could behave like a decent human being. It's staggering that so many people like SH are more than happy to have such a creature in charge of the country. It must say something about their values or judgement I suppose.

Half of the country think Boris is the best candidate for PM, the alternatives are way way behind. You should be used to politicians shagging everything that moves living in France. The public do not care about his private life, they want him to be an effective PM in a strong Tory government.

The country will only be unified when the democratic referendum decision is respected and enacted. A Tory government with a good majority will also diminish the opportunities for some MPs only concerned about themselves rather than for the benefit of the whole country.

It is very illuminating to listen to those who have finally seen the light. They say that an ex smoker will often become the most militant against those who haven't given up the habit, and it certainly true of the ex Tory. Loads of posters up for the election, but none for the Tory party. Moggy now has a Libdem council and MEP and the posters are out in force for them. The feeling seems to be that people are too ashamed to be supportive of candidates from this right wing mob to want to advertise the fact. This is a very blue area, but it seems quite possible that down in the southwest things are a changing.

The polls have the Tories so far ahead most think it is in the bag. The blue map of rural England will only become even more blue in December. I'm sure the LibDems will win a couple more seats in the SW, but will still remain a tiny party. Rees Mogg has a massive majority in his constituency, the second place Labour candidate might as well go on his winter holiday to save his embarrassment.

Aaron Banks' Twitter account has been hacked, and all his private messages are currently being downloaded by thousands of people.

I expect there to be a lot of sweating going on amongst certain pro-Brexit people...

This is a graph from politicalcompass.org, and is created from an analysis of speeches/statements/etc from all major parties.

    https://www.politicalcompass.org/uk2019

They may have to expand the graph on the right hand side if the Tories continue at this rate <yikes>

Unbelievably one in every 4 people of black or Asian origins are not registered to vote in the UK. For teenagers and the 20-24 age group over 20% are not registered. I cannot believe that Britain cannot get its act together on this - there is nobody in Germany over 18 who is not registered to vote - do they not know where people are in the UK ?

Toby, do you have a comparative graph from, say, 10 years ago?

For Labour voters to vote Tory just to get Brexit and accepting a fully deregulated neo liberal economy as a result, with the idea that they can reverse this at a later date is a dangerous policy. The problem is that words like 'deregulated' and 'neo liberal' sound too academic, and abstract, for many people - how about Thatcherism on steroids as an alternative. Labour voters should look at the histories of those leading the Brexit movement and ask whether these creeps have ever shown any interest in the working classes up to now. Similarly Jewish people should ponder the question that if a really dangerous form of anti Semitism arose in this country then it would be the left who would be the first to spring to their defence.

Jewish people already think a dangerous form of anti-semitism has arisen, they point to Corbyn and his Momentum henchmen.

I think that you are well aware of the forms of anti semitism I was referring to SH ! Johnson can come out with homophobic, sexist and racist comments and they are just treated as gaffs - Corbyn, who has said nothing of this sort, is censored. Any Brexit backing Labour supporters should also ask whether they want the UK to break up - because that will be very much on the cards if we get a Tory majority in the coming election. Ironically the very Union jack they love to wave, may well disappear as a result of their wrongly placed votes. You have insinuated that Corbyn is an anti royalist - he is. Yet ironically a vote for the Tories is more dangerous to the royals because if the Union breaks up then their role may change as a result.

The main danger of the Union breaking up is from a Labour government propped up by the SNP. The Scottish poisoned dwarf has already demanded an early referendum as a price for supporting Corbyn, in the unlikely event in Labour securing a minority government.

I was referring to the anti-semitism that Jewish people fear from Corbyn and associates. Many have said they would leave the country if he gained power, there is real fear there.

Splendid day in Dorset and the publican in the local is now spreading the message that Brexit is just plain stupid. He seems to have forgotten that I told him this two years ago.

You should have told him he is over 3 years late, the referendum is over.
