Are we any further forward?

I read something yesterday saying that they are still interested but ONLY if we go up?

As long as they are connected somehow it's gotta be positive, hopefully when we go up they will then look to takeover.

Just want this over ASAP been going on for ages now like

Not sure we even improved. Willis maybe, Budge as second keeper.

McNulty if he can stay fit would be the big one I imagine, he could make all the difference.

Most of the local press/media seem to think it is a fait accompli albeit all the nitty gritty hasnt been released.
I just get the impression that
Ross being sacked
A new manager appointed
The MD gone ( TD )
Stewart Donald giving Twitter a permanent swerve ( all the above in under a week ) seems to have hurried the arrangements along. Or is it coincidence?

Hopefully it's the Americans wanting it done their way.

These guys will be very clever I'd rather they had full control and being in their own men.

Think I saw a tweet or something where he was responding to the rumours about why he left. Adamant him, SD, CM are still good mates and that there was nothing sinister in his leaving all of a sudden.

As long as their own men are English football men who understand the club and the business!

Seems man city's main men are all ( iirc ) Spaniards. Has done them no harm.
Chelsea's md is a russian woman.
I dont think being english and understanding the game are necessarily mutually inclusive.
It was certainly a disaster for Leeds.

No disrespect m8, but I don't think that's been said by anything/anyone remotely official? It's probably another of those rumours?

It was an article that I read mate not a post.

Well the echo and the Chronicle both seem to be very confident that a deal is all but done.
At this stage it is investment not a takeover.
