Very likely, but that article is leaving no wiggle room for Nixon. It categorically states that Donald is asking for these promotion bonuses not even saying it is alleged.
If it is bullshit Nixon is leaving himself wide open to being sued.

As far as I can see SD has said next to nothing publicly and it's Nixon who's all over the place.
Cheers mate, nixon has totally changed his tune there it was totally dead in the water a few days ago now there are just some problems with it, theres a reason he didnt share this one direcr to his twitter page
