This...whoever leaked the info to ALS and then whoever commissioned those SunDELLand t shirts wants shooting with sh#te.

Probably the same people my 2nd lot of info came from.

I can appreciate it looked like I was carried away with it but, as a mad SAFC supporter, it was all very exciting.

Once I'd posted a few things more people, some with good reason to know things, approached me and gave me info.

It all just snowballed and then, around the time of the Consett fiasco, went deathly quiet.

2 of the 3 'sources' stopped responding and I think one had been feeding me duff info.

The remaining one, more from the buyers perspective, still says a few things, mainly 'don't panic'.

OK mate, but I'll do it on the Mr RAW thread.

I'm sure he won't mind me borrowing his thread for a while.

It'll be on there in about half an hour.

I can't name the property or client but, as Mrs Smug isn't keen on the job, I can post the gist of the role and a few clues.

If you guess the name please don't name her, on here, as they have people tracking Internet searches.

Cheers
Sounds good, no need to give any personal detail.

I'm just intrigued by the kind of tasks and what you'll be getting up to.

Wasn't meant to be a dig mate, I know yr genuine and appreciate all the info etc, helped sort you out with tickets in the past on the other forum.

Was more the fact that when the news broke initially via other sources, RR etc, alongside the ALS t shirts it gave the impression everything was over the line.

The t shirts was/is cringeworthy but certainly made me think that it was all done and dusted.

FWIW I think/hope there is still a possibility with this group but that we have to get promotion this season hence Ross getting the bullet.

I haven't seen you post in connection with the takeover since the club issued its statement yesterday.

I'd be interested in your comments particularly this part -

We will provide an update as soon as we are able to. In the meantime, please do not attach undue credence to speculation and theories from various sources, as they are unsubstantiated.
Not sure what your point is, he wasn’t the only one posting about it. Did you have a go at ALS and RR as well

I didn't take offence mate, not a bit.

It was all mad and, of course, I wanted it to happen.

Everything I posted about was what I'd been told.

There were feasibility studies done in every aspect of the club from the badge to the stadium to the AOL. Why wouldn't there be, these people have a huge army of of office dwellers who do this continually throughout their businesses.

It doesn't mean they applied for planning permission to knock down the Wheatsheaf ;)

Would have been a tremendous coup mate, hopefully not all dead in the water

Just had another photo.

Donald sat at the top table, mike in hand, looking serious, people with arms folded looking tense.
This was posted on the night of the Consett talk-in. For me this was the one that started the doubts. The description of the body language spoke volumes that all was not going as we hoped and expected. SD gave a non comital explanation “ it was on going etc more than 50/50 etc.” But we’d had Jack Ross saying he’d met or spoken to the “new owners” and the Max Power interview after the Sheffield Utd game in which “new owners” and “richest club in the world” was mentioned. Now CM is saying it was never about new owners just about future investors. Things don’t add up here and although they done a lot of good things since they arrived, the goodwill they have created has taken a massive dive with the way they gave let thus run and they way it has eventually panned out.
Let’s just hope the new manager scenario works out well cos the next thing that goes pear shaped and I reckon the tide could turn against SD and CM

When you are born and raised in a climate like the ne England one thing you miss ( if you spend a lot of time in eg tropical climate ) is cold weather. I sleep better when it's cold outside and I prefer winter cuisine ( soups, stews etc ) rather than salads. Nowt worse than going for a stroll to the newsagent and being eaten alive by flies and sweating cobs.
Life is so cruel huh

I can relate to this, although the region I live isn't really sub tropical, but it doesn't really get cold. Coldest I've felt was about 5oc when I left work at mid night.

Christ, aye I’d forgotten that about Ross meeting them and Power’s comment after the Sheff U game.

Weren't we told that all the body language was much more positive than the words spoken?
