it was but you could argue the club had better assets in terms of players. It could also be argued he did not pay for his share using all of his own moolar.

On the flip side of this the seats are new and the club is almost self sustaining

 

Yup, all good points, but the valuation is the valuation, irrespective of how it's paid, and if it's £40m let's hope someone wants to pay it and invest heavily

 

If it’s not true I’d imagine Donald will be suing Nixon for libel.
If it is true, I would agree with you that it is a ridiculous demand and would turn the fans against Donald pretty quickly.

Very likely, but that article is leaving no wiggle room for Nixon. It categorically states that Donald is asking for these promotion bonuses not even saying it is alleged.
If it is bullshit Nixon is leaving himself wide open to being sued.

It may be true and if FPP really want the club, they could be using Nixon to ramp the pressure up on Donald.

 

It absolutely was, I was there. SD was very pleasant, relaxed and seemed confident.

 

However accurate these claims are it appears the Americans are rock steady while Donald is all over the place.

The more he says the less I trust him tbh.

His self belief in talking his way out of things may well be his downfall ...

Cheers mate, nixon has totally changed his tune there it was totally dead in the water a few days ago now there are just some problems with it, theres a reason he didnt share this one direcr to his twitter page

 

Either Nixon is a complete chancer (works for the sun so enough said ) or he's being played by someone
