    If the parachute payment was included in the purchase price and now it's gone on something intangible then the club's worth that much less. If it went to repay a loan then the value is still £40m

    Seems to be taking the Sun report as gospel which Donald has debunked, unless there's concrete breaking news which they've casually dealt with in a throwaway paragraph in another article.

    it just seems like a line hidden in another story, not clear at all. It talks about his attempts to sell the club, which has seen an Investment break down
    Would the takeover failure not warrant its own headline
