I did read a few of his posts and what 'flummoxed' me is they were
Full of venom/aggression
Expletive ridden
Extremely personally insulting
I got banned for 4 weeks ( many moons ago ) for referring to steve30k as 'suicide steve' on account of his depressingly pessimistic and morose take on what was in the main positive news.
Notwithstanding the same poster is a regular abuser in his responses.
Due to the mods inconsistent approach to how they police the board and some of its untouchables it's an absolute quagmire in finding common ground on many threads.
'Shut up' will get some posters banned on the same thread the usual suspects tell you to f#$k off.
The whole place is an unholy mess.
For many though it retains an intoxicating environment.
I got banned for showing Sima for what he was by linking his thread on a Newcastle forum.
It's crazy plus Pancho I think it's him seems to have it out for me as changed my password and gave me a 2 month ban for nothing.
Glad anyway found this place now.
Looks like Steve3000 got banned, hes complaining about it on RTG.
Mods are really efficient here and I like that he tried to derail that thread on many occasions over there. Good job

That was the other user I couldn't remember the other day who was derailing on RTG.
Was Steve3000, MrJardine and SBC.
Although I have heard SBC may have some issues so will just ignore him just in case.
Slightly off topic but RTG can be great - very supportive when I was ill and the likes of the posts by foggy are uplifting. It's just a shame they can't see that even if people post info which turns out to be wrong most is done with good intentions
Really good forum just ruined by WUMs, sad mags pretending to support Sunderland and mods who don't take action.
It's obvious to me that Stewart Donald and Charlie Methven will have employees monitoring fan sites and publications to pick up any intelligence concerning the club or just to gauge the current mood of us fans.
You mentioned names on Not 606 and RTG, and that will have been reported back to the club. It's not unreasonable to assume that the people who you mentioned will have been made aware of what has been said on these forums and will close ranks with the flow of information drying up.

Hmm Shorts already been canny with wiping our debt can't see him doing anything further money wise for us and rightly so tbh.
Just have to wait and see how it plays out, it shows there intentions are there though as wanting to expand.
Yeah, remembered short hung on to the hotel and valued it at £25m or so, if they are coming in, this would have to be negotiated with short

TBH mate, I made a big mistake.
I was lead to believe the announcement would be much quicker and that there was tension between certain people.
I expected everything to be publicised by the club and that my comments would be swept away in a tsunami of celebrations.
The longer it dragged on the more people were begging for info and the more I was revealing, some of which was fact and some educated guesses. The club, in my opinion, are also culpable in that they obviously allowed info to slip out through the fanzines.
Now I've received 'warnings' from two seperate sources asking me not to post more info. As they're suggesting it may be harmful to the club I'll be more careful. It is, however, an indication that my info has been quite accurate.
