If you've paid for good quality MEAT then it doesn't make sense to marinade it. Salt, pepper, maybe some garlic, olive oil, nuffing else.I like my steak to taste of steak. Bit of salt an pepper then job done.
Pork I like to marinade. Soy, paprika and honey is a favourite.
