Using the size of the cheese grates for perspective, I'd say a small portion to light snack.

 

They’re from next. The plates are huge too. Perfect for fat ****s and roast dinners.

If you've paid for good quality MEAT then it doesn't make sense to marinade it. Salt, pepper, maybe some garlic, olive oil, nuffing else.
