I like my steak to taste of steak. Bit of salt an pepper then job done.

Pork I like to marinade. Soy, paprika and honey is a favourite.

If you've paid for good quality MEAT then it doesn't make sense to marinade it. Salt, pepper, maybe some garlic, olive oil, nuffing else.
