I think a pipe is something personal that you would smoke at home so unless you have a relative that smokes one you wouldn't see it.

It seems to be a grey area of the law that people do not understand, whether it is smoking, drinking a soft drink or eating a sandwich, if you are not deemed in full control of the vehicle with your eyes on the road you can be stopped and ticketed.

From the point of view of someone who doesn't smoke Vaping is a hellova lot better than normal smoking for non smokers, I'd rather a cloud of the fruity smelling stuff to the rank smell of cigarettes. I really don't understand why people smoke cigarettes. Well I do understand that it's an addiction but you know what I mean.

Used to smoke one when I went fishing durng the 70's. Erimore was my brand, stepped on it whilst catching a whopper, broke it in half and never smoked another.

No it's not, they can stop you for any minor traffic violation if you are distracted....

Hence the fact mps are looking into banning talking hands free calls whilst driving . TBH I agree .
