i have absolutely no idea how the legal process works in cases like these and tbh am confused why you all seem to think i might have .
Just think if a member of the forces is suspected of committing a crime while serving , it should go to a court Marshall .
As far as I'm aware, he has the right to elect trial by court martial. He's not serving anymore, but I would think as it was a military 'offence' he still has that right.
Thought it would be automatic as the “ offence “ happened while serving . Either way it should be a court martial imho .
You forgot to put the word Irish or Paddy between stupid and bastards. Your agenda is as transparent as ****. Got knocked back by a bird from Skibareen did we? Nobody else on this thread, including those who were actually there at the ****ing time, have spouted the anti Irish **** you have.
err half of my posts are replies to questions you have asked me ,and i had already said in an earlier post i how it worked in cases involving the military , but you are right i've posted too much on this thread so bye.
... so a trial by his peers will be the most transparent and absolute guarantee of real justice? ... My view is that it should be completely independent ... otherwise any subsequent exoneration will be open to accusations of cover up
Other sources have commented that they have no doubt that McGuiness was also carrying a light sabre, the elder wand, a dothraki death curse... and was accompanied by a personal guard of Uruk-hai out of Isengard ... despite no evidence to any of the above this must surely be crucial to the conclusion on whether a British soldier unlawfully killed some unarmed Irish civilians
