Thought it would be automatic as the “ offence “ happened while serving . Either way it should be a court martial imho .

My view is that it should be completely independent ... otherwise any subsequent exoneration will be open to accusations of cover up <ok>

Other sources have commented that they have no doubt that McGuiness was also carrying a light sabre, the elder wand, a dothraki death curse... and was accompanied by a personal guard of Uruk-hai out of Isengard ... despite no evidence to any of the above this must surely be crucial to the conclusion on whether a British soldier unlawfully killed some unarmed Irish civilians <doh>
