Agreed I'm very much in a 'wait and see' at the moment like Laces. Might be worth another one in new year.

I haven't voted yet, after the game at anfield I would have said out, but the games since then have shown some improvement (still room for more), I would be very surprised if he was sacked before the end of the season. If he were to be sacked who would replace him?
