Exactly... because we know more than anyone that blaming the manager is a pointless exercise... now it really is time to start to believe that a consistent and long term plan is the way forward - screw changing the manager every year... and screw changing the playing staff every transfer window.

These two results didn't make us promotion contenders - but neither did the last 6 games without a win make us relegation fodder.

Whatever the result, we are QPR... a little club with a damn big heart - with players that really play for the shirt and a management team that really understand who we are.

I've never wanted more than that.

That’s fine, but I’m still holding out for the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup treble.
 
Not pretty tonight, but a great battling performance from 1 to 11. Sheffield dominated possession but never really landed a punch thanks to a superb defensive display which left Smithies not having to make a serious save. A very long way to go, but if we could somehow scrape into the play-offs, I'd back us to win them.
