Former Manchester City and QPR midfielder Joey Barton has described Everton caretaker manager David Unsworth as a "glorified PE teacher who shouldn't be in charge of a men's team". (Daily Mirror)

Harsh, but fair.

Harsh, but fair.

Joey is obviously missing being involved.

Once he gets coaching, earns his badges and then supplies half the England U20’s winning team he can have a pop at this glorified PE teacher.

I think he has the club's interests at heart.

Only time will tell if Barton is right about Unsworth.

He is wrong, unsworth has proven his skills. If they are enough to turn the side around with what’s at his disposal??

But for Barton....Joey ****ing Barton to call him a PE teacher!
Tell me Joey, how is your coaching going?

Reactions: Tobes
So, looks like it’s going to be Big Sam.

Anyone seen Tobes?

He is being smothered by fat unsworth to end this nightmare.

If Big Sam is appointed Everton boss, will you support him?
The day you see Big Sam's massive grid on the touchline is a sad day for any club. He's like the football managerial version of the last rites.

True, that.

I would be severely disappointed in Everton if they get in Big Sam. I rate him as a manager who can keep ****e clubs ticking along in the Prem, but he shouldn't be any where near a club with ambition.

He'll go down like a sausage roll at a Bar Mitzvah.

He's the flare that should only be grabbed when you're sinking and we're only leaking a bit at the minute.
