Somewhat foolish to think those remarks can be ignored.

You said yourself that those going to meetings with the club are just being used and manipulated, maybe the guy realised this and vented his anger on social media.

And perhaps he simply demonstrated poor judgement in posting that ****e, as well as attending the committee.

It could have been an olive branch BT but, it's nothing of the sort, in truth it's not an even an olive branch covered in **** - it's just a great big '**** you, we're not mentioning the club name, there's no problem with the club name, you hooligans can deal with it'.

Could be but if the supporters on the supporters committee are ones who have never been critical of the owners there is only a very small pool to pick from.

There's nothing wrong with critical but if you can't see that he went to far...

    Slutsky:

“For me it is difficult to understand a lot moments because a lot of moments were before me and I don’t know a lot of the situation,” Slutsky said. “But for me the supporters must support the team and I am thankful for the support because really every match they are unbelievable

“But when matched stopped for five minutes it was not the best for us. I understand why but I don’t understand the type of protest and what it means.

It's a moot point as I have always thought the committee should not have been given the supporter attendance it needs to exist.

I think the first talk of the Hull City Hall of Fame was from the HCSS the club came in later and rather than saying its a great idea lets do it together, they introduced the Tigers Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame idea predates HCSS. It was part of the flag discussion. It was suggested on here in a thread about ideas on how the Trust could progress, but there was no response.

It was raised to us a few months ago by Matt Rudd of Amber Nectar and we proposed his idea to the club then. They said they were considering something already. Which for once appears to have actually been true. In the meantime the HCSS did theirs, which is great and their efficiency in doing it compared to the club and other supporter groups is to be applauded. If it was raised to the Trust in the past and not acted upon, then it can't have been presented very well. I have no recollection of it whatsoever. I think the most likely scenario from experience is that it'll have been buried in a tedious thread full of unhelpful moans.

It may well have been, but the idea and talks with the club predate HCSS.

It was raised as well as it could be with the communication links as they were. You probably just took umbrage at people having ideas, so ignored or dismissed it, as you've just done again in an Allemesque style.

This is why I've kept out of these things. It should be a discussion, but it turns into a personal struggle and snotty abuse.

Nope. It was raised in a thread totalling 7 posts.

As well as some other threads too, but it's all academic, we are where we are. I think it shows that as fans, we can try things, but seem to hit walls from several quarters, largely due to communication and organisation.

I was thinking of the recent hall of fame ideas, those from the past have long gone.

Of course the fans ideas often breakdown due to lack of organisation, the fans are by and large a disjointed bunch of people who's only real connection is Hull City. The biggest wall to hit is the club themselfs, they are the ones with the desire (should have but don't) to improve supporter relations, the money, the location and the brand. They should be combing social media and sites like this and picking up ideas and really taking them forward, in the past they did nothing now with my conspiracy theory head on they seem to actually undermine supporter efforts.
The Hall of Fame was a great idea whoever first thought of it, the club could and should have gone big with it but rather than that they have used it to push the "not a policy" erasing of Hull City causing more splits and squabbles in the fan base and the idea will either wither away and die or under achieve it's potential.
As long as the Allams are in charge nothings going to change, on the plus side if and when they do go the new owner will be able to make huge strides forward by just doing all the simple things the Allams haven't.

It's amazing how many Allam out protesters yesterday were wearing gear with the most hated badge in football. Weird.

He didn't attend the last Supporters Committee meeting and I don't think he had any intention of attending any future ones, he thought it utterly pointless and acted accordingly.

Not as amazing as Steve Jordan's speech on Les Mutrie's recent death. He want all around the houses not to mention that Les played for Hull City. Our club is rotting and the atmosphere will get significantly worse. Its going to be a long and bitter season.

If he wanted to carry on attending the meetings, he obviously went to far, you can't expect to sit in a room with the club after posting the sort of things he did, but he didn't expect to.
