He knew what the consequences of his posts would be, it was his frustration at the futility of attending the Supporters Committee that led to him to post his rants in the first place.
I suspect Rowell’s next email will be to the Trust telling them they’re off the Hall of Fame panel, due to their completely unreasonable demand that the club should be referred to by its actual name.
So again the club pick up something that was started by supporters and rather than using it to build brides they manage to **** it up. It's almost like a policy they have.

i like most on here want a regime change at city, but as has been said some recent comments have not been helpful (i don't intend to repeat them) i would just want to remind poster's of what happened at Blackpool when Oyston sued and won, i personally don't want this to happen to any city supporter, i think junior is looking for a target, please don't give him it.(i'll shut up now).

Was it Sheff Wed who demanded a supporter's identity from some forum due to libel against the owner?
It was, Wednesday demanded to know the real identities of eleven posters on Owlstalk, ten years ago and went to court to get them.
The judge dismissed the applications in all but one case (I think one poster actually posted specific inaccurate defamatory claims), the judge ruled that a general slagging off of an owner, or player, on a football message board wasn't in itself defamatory.
So somebody such as PLT with his assumptions dressed as facts, spurious claims and wild conspiracy theories could be leaving himself wide open to an Ehab tiny between his cheeks?
How can you build bridges with someone who is continually insulting you and bordering on the libellous with some comments on social media ? You just shoot yourselves in the foot every time.
He might of realised, plenty don't. Both on here, on other forums, and on Twitter etc.
I await the update from the Trust regarding the Hall of Fame with interest.
I presume the deliberations about the contenders for the Hall of Fame either haven't occurred, and they're waiting on a response to the name thing, or, they've sat in on the deliberations after being given the assurances they sought.
I really hope they didn't sit in on them without a cast iron guarantee.
This is assuming it's happened btw, I'm not sure if it has or hasn't.

I've made that point many times over the past few years. I've received no end of abuse for it too.
Some seem to have a policy of talk ****e online, then rock up and lick arses. It's too 2 faced for me, I prefer honesty at all times.

The club refuse to address any of the major issues raised at the Supporters Committee meetings, in fact, they even refuse to accept that those issues exist.
There's absolutely no desire to build bridges at the club, that's fairly obvious to anyone who reads the minutes of the meetings, one individual ranting on Twitter is a piss poor excuse for not addressing the issues everyone raised.
The first meeting has taken place and the Trust are waiting for the club to get back to them about the name being used, if it's not Hull City, the Trust will play no further part (courtesy of Geoff).
