Can’t remember if anyone explicitly supported WYP but some people on here and beyond certainly endorsed their actions by attending that game.
They just surely couldn't have expected the reaction. You wouldn't make the decision otherwise, would you? Knowing you've got nowt on anyone. I'm trying to access the docs but still seems to be down. Humiliating for the Police, and satisfying for City fans who knew this was ****e from the start. It just needs maximum exposure now.
Really? You think the banner, march and the fact we caused no trouble despite the restrictions didn't help? I wish we had more fans like you.
I wish the world had more human beings who would take a stand instead of meekly accepting everything thrown at them.
Actually, this is a very important topic, let's not close it, just delete all the politics and hope that no thick **** drags it down a level again.
Plebgate and Huddersgate where imo stupid responses by police to budget/terms of employment changes.Unfortunately they have reacted like many a man in the street would.Problem is they are in a position of authority therefore they must be punished more severely due to the abuse of power and the lies they have told. I went to Huddersfield and not the match.Proud to say it.Happy can let police piss on him if he wants. Not me thanks
So this is important and not to be sniggered at? But the girl who was raped by Mboyo is fair game and to be joked about ?
I agree that the police should be held accountable for more of their actions. I dont think they were wrong on that MP referring to one in the ranks as a pleb though. are the independent police complaints commision any good? I mean surely this would be a good topic for them to beat the police over the head with.
He'll end up with a special thread of his own if he does that. Still gobsmacked by Trouts attitude and inability to see the good, and how much good PR those of us that went did. Im proud to say I was there that day. I guess keyboard warriors like him pretend they're protesting by doing fook all.
Personally, I think a complete boycott of that game would have been the best thing for the club. And the best thing for football as a whole. People made their own decisions that day, I actually drove to Huddersfield that day, but went on to Manchester to watch the game. Nobody will ever tell me where or when I can travel around my own country, or when I can watch my team play.
