For Putin, there will never be a peace agreement unless Zelensky agrees to give up land. Which he has said is unacceptable.
The fact that Putin has hit energy targets after agreeing to not do so tells you everything about the bloke. Neither he or Trump can be trusted.

Seeing the chaos at Heathrow and trying not to assume that its the Russians again. Given all the reporting this week around sabotage and general hybrid war activity, it's an easy leap to make though!
There have been a few sub-station fires this year (Grimsby, Welwyn Garden City) but generally they are not very common. Strange that losing one substation takes out Heathrow Airport as it must be served by multiple sub-stations and will no doubt have its own backup generators.
I'm led to believe that it could be down to a faulty component in the transformer leading to the oil filled insulator exploding
or something more sinister...

A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the cultivation of cannabis and abstracting electricity without authority. He remains in police custody.
