It would be lunacy to do so. It might make us all feel better, for a day or two, but making him look the fool is a terrible policy choice with ramifications we dont want to consider. It was a brilliant speech.
It’s just a shame none of our Countries leaders have the balls to stand up and denounce the fat little orange twat.
Probably what the appeasers said about Hitler, that turned out well.It would be lunacy to do so. It might make us all feel better, for a day or two, but making him look the fool is a terrible policy choice with ramifications we dont want to consider.

) but also might explain why I am a happy person.Best thing you can do, it’s either stabbings, war, celebrities getting their arses licked or being told you are going to die of cancer.I am 65 in a couple of weeks and certainly not expecting a WW3 in my lifetime and if there is there is sweet FA I can do about it. Hence I enjoy my life to the max. Stopped watching the news a long long time ago ( might explain why I am **** at Blonds Guardian quiz) but also might explain why I am a happy person.
The Americans are absolutely ****ehawks. The opposition parties should tell them to f&ck right off
I was born at the back end of WW2 so can't claim to have any knowledge of events unfolding, though I do know enough about history to realise that making concessions to bullies has only one result and it's not something I want see repeated in what remains of my time on here.
I feel sad for my grandchildren and their eventual offspring, wondering what the hell is in store for their future and selfishly thank god I'm on my way out of this world rather than just entering.
Me too mate, it's incredibly sad what we're doing, the main problem is that we all think we're really clever when we're nothing of the sort.
The human race is making absolutely no progress whatsoever despite believing we're solving problems and forever advancing.
On my way home from driving to Sheff Wed I stopped off at the little pit village where I was born. It's just a fading imprint on a hillside now, bulldozed when the pit closed, but means the world to me. Mam, Dad and four kids had absolutely f*ck all in a two bedroom hovel with no central heating, no bathroom and a midden toilet across the street shared by four houses.
But I'd rather grow up there than be a child these days, it must be grim and no wonder mental health is such an issue.
The ordinary man in every country doesn’t seem to realise the power they have or they don’t want to. Simply seeing the public stopping buying Tesla cars has lost nearly half of musks money, just keep on this track with all the rich bastards you detest and they will disappear up Trumps arse. This bit in bold depresses me the most.
As a self confessed nerd/geek I used to watch Star Trek and look at it’s diversity thinking it won’t be long before we can all tolerate each other…
We’ve gone backwards I think as a human race.
I’ll end with the fact there is good in this world and that there are people to stand up for it, that French diplomat who delivered the statement describing exactly what was going on is a case in point.
