The fact we are getting a very highly rated player in Danns ans people are saying he won't impact the team when he is lauded at top of the league Liverpool really sums up some of the desperation some want to see us fail.

I think It'll be difficult to improve our first eleven within budget. We could maybe improve on Roberts. I think keeping our first eleven and improving our bench is priority.

TBH I agree. And given RLBs tendencies on rotation and subs, I still wonder quite how much value we'll get from signings anyway. I tend to view January signings mostly as security blankets if I'm honest.

I’m just gonna state for the record, if we sign nobody at all, I still believe we will go up this season.

Anyone we fetch in is a bonus.

This is exactly how I feel. We have done tremendously well to stay in contention, with all of the injuries we've had to put up with.

Yeh, when you think the playoff final will be the 19th game that any signings joining today can possibly play - thats under 20 games. Only 16 if we do it automatically. It just feels an incredibly small number

Of course that's 48 points to play for, and we need to get 6 more points than Sheff Utd. So whilst the timeline feels small there's plenty of scope to impact.
