Leicester desperate to get rid. Not sure on this one. https://www.foxestalk.co.uk/topic/136645-kasey-mcateer-bid-rejected/#comments
When Henderson went for £16m people thought we had their eyes out but he ended up winning 80 England caps and in his peak probably had a valuation of around £50m (2014-2019), Liverpool have never spent so well! Watson being sold for £9m upfront might sound good, but it could be disastrous.
Yeh I don't want McAteer having read that. I do trust Speakman but when I've seen him he's looked a bit headless chicken-y and I just assumed I was missing something. Clearly not.
Was just about to post this. Pretty brutal about him like. Can only judge what we see of him here though, we need some competition out wide and he has promotion race experience. Only 23 too.
I’m happy to trust our recruitment team at the moment. On a pretty good run of late. He’s versatile too. Played both wings and both full back roles before as well as centrally
Meh, fans always over react when things are going bad. Different environment, different system and different expectations here. Not looking good in your first shot at PL football isn't a surprise, he was good last season in the league we are currently in. How many of our players came with questionable reviews from fans of their previous clubs?
