The Kiefer Moore rumour has gone quiet, I reckon he would have been a cracking signing

Amad wasn't likely after they let the other lad out on loan.

That's not to say it's not worth a go if Man United sign someone tomorrow mind. But we always had bigger fish to fry and still do.

Hjelde played about 10 games for Rotherham that’s hardly experience mate. Bennette was a back up winger. I’m not saying they’re ****e by any means I’ve barely seen any of them kick of a ball I’m just not sure more young lads are what we need when we’re crying out for experience.
What do you class as experience, do you mean a player over say 26/27 or do you mean a player with games under their belt. In our squad we have young lads take DN for example he has played over 100 first team games and is only 21 or JC who must have played close to 140 first team games at only 23 Luke o9 has played over 350 first team games.
Maybe we do lack a bit of age in the team but in truth there is probably more experience than most believe it is just that we have some young players with games under their belt.
Not disagreeing on the whole just think it is worth pointing out that our young players are now developing into experienced young players.

For me age is irrelevant. It’s number of games played at a certain level which I count as experience. Championship games more relevant than Serie B for example

Experience needed for our team currently is a decent amount of games at this level or above. We don’t need players who’ve played a load of games at a ****e level nor do I think we need more young lads in the team. We need a few solid players in the spine who can organise us.

Corey Evans made our midfield look ****e when he first came in (and that includes neil who was constantly leaving him exposed) just by doing the basics, organising the team and doing the dirty work so those around him could play.

The problem is we are signing NONE for now. Every player we sign is for the future. Nobody wants us to sign a 30 year old in every position I don’t know why that’s how it’s being spun but it’s nonsense. I mentioned signing a few players to help the young squad we have.
Speakman has said we are aiming for experience in the DM and ST roles this January
