Striker Kieffer Moore Returning To Cardiff City.
Welsh International Keiffer Moore is set to return to Cardiff City from his club, Bournemouth, in the now open transfer window.

Moore moved from Cardiff City to Bournemouth for 3.5 million pounds before the South Coast club gained promotion to the Premier League.

At the time, Moore, who rose from the Non-League, wished to experience Premiership football, although his appearances have been few and far between at the highest level.

Sources close to the deal have stated Moore has an immense desire to return to South Wales and has agreed personal terms whilst the clubs attempt to finalise a valuation of the striker.

Cardiff City’s valuation is reported to be 1.5 million, whilst Bournemouth are holding out for 2 million.

Although it’s understood the clubs are now close to an agreement.

The deal is expected to be completed next week, with Moore wanting regular football to keep on track with his Welsh International career.

Cardiff Fan Andrew Williams told Global247news: ‘ We need the big man back; we have a thin squad right now, and Kiefer would fit right in and be up and running straight away.

‘ It I will presume all come down to Tan and his cohorts paying his worth.’

Cardiff City were drubbed 0-3 by Leeds United on the weekend, with their manager questioning the lack of investment into the squad, with solid rumours on the terraces that owner Vincent Tan has lost interest both in football as well at the Welsh Club, having failed to maintain a position in the Premier League despite the Malaysian owner investing millions as he chased the Premiership dream.

Thought that would be the case, i mentioned earlier in the window that he wanted to join cardiff

i've really like the on field stuff when it comes to the club but if this does happen i'll be really gutted, and it will be the first time i'll be be a little bit worried in a while

It was well documented we paid the majority of his wages last season which was only about £25k a week. Don’t want to upset the club can do no wrong brigade and get pelters though so let’s see how it plays out come the end of the window.

You say you dont want to upset the 'club can do no wrong brigade' but all that has happened is a journalist has said that boro are favorites to sign him- nothing has been confirmed in relation to amad. So why would anyone slag the club on something that is currently a rumour

As you said lets wait and see what happens rather than folk just believing everything they read online

The same journo said we were leading the race for Moore….

Ridiculous if we aren’t, after last season.
Only if it’s a position that we’ve prioritised m8. Is he better than Ba, of course he is, but put it this way, if we’ve only got a certain budget and it’s a choice between a proper no9, and amad, who’s been injured all season btw, I’d pick the striker. And of course we don’t know how much we’ve got, only the club know that, and how many loans can we have?

…it’s clear as day there’s not much to be spent, wages included.

May I be the first to say I didn’t want him and think he’s ****e in anyway. (tongue in cheek)

If Amad doesn't come here it might be nothing to do with the club not wanting to spend the money. They might just not be interested in signing him.

FWIW I don't for one second believe Amad is desperate to come back here. He'll go where he thinks his game is best suited. If Mowbray was still in charge that may well have been here. He may think playing under Carrick is better for his development than coming here again.

For some reason lots of our fans have almost expected he'd come back here to the point its outrageous he doesn't.
