We are still a promotion level team, we are only just outside the playoffs. If we don't get up this season then he will def go in the summer

One thing thats gone under the radar that i think we need to sort this window is another coach to come in n support what we have.
That coach needs to be good tactically as i feel beale dodds n proctor all struggle in this area
I didnt like the promotion of dodds as assistant n think we have really missed a trick but not bringing in a quality no2 to help beale with the tactical side
Get the right coach in n it could be better than any signing this window

You heard anything about a bid on the table for Neil?
Got a message from the scout i mentioned the other week n he reckons theres a bid on the table for him
He has no idea who from, how much or what stage its at but he was told there was a bid in for him
Beale couldn't bring his own assistant in, surely the club wouldn't bring another unknown in that Beale has to work with?

Yes. But there are others so doubt it goes anywhere unless some sort of bidding war happens.
I think the club think they would replace Clarke eaiser than Neil funny enough.
I agree with them, Clarke would be a huge miss but from scouting rusyn previously he is better wider so could do a job (not saying he would be as productive mind)
Neil carries our cm most weeks, feel for the lad at times as ekwah just doesnt do enough at the min

All his history suggest he is a left sided forward
Maybe not but we need another coach imo, whether it happens or not is a different thing all together
Neil is the heartbeat of this team, if he goes we will really struggle imo
Oddly enough I agree with that, Neil is pretty much the engine of our team and a lot of his work goes unnoticed. Very similar to when Henderson was here.

Fair enough, if he was going to leave it needs to be early in the window to give us chance to do something with the money. Hopefully he won't leave though
He is the most frustrating player in our team by far, which is always a concern when they play cm (wingers/forwards get away with being frustrating more).
When he is on it hes a joy to watch but he just isnt kicking on. Neil would run through a brick wall for this team n then you see ekwah pullinh out of tackles.
Neil will go on n have a great career
Ekwah can still get there as hes still learning mens football, probably wont truly see what we have in him until nxt yr
Def need a CM in this window who can hit the ground running
Yep i do, i think he was signed as they thought he could do a job upfront but with an eye on him being clarkes replacement

Would you have kept Michut? He looked.like a real prospect to me, we just didn't play to his strengths
Not for me, i wasnt as impressed as others with him. Far too lightweight for english football, technically good but just not cut out for thw english game
Plus he didnt want to join from what i heard so def wouldny want to sign him unless he was 100% committed
Interesting, I think he will go onto have a Decent career if he finds a club that let him play
