No one has a clue what's happening at Man Utd, not Tag or anyone else. No one even knows who will own the club next week or who'll be managing.

Bob can post whatever he likes because he can always say 'something changed' ...

... I can just as easily claim we've already agreed a permanent deal, or loan, then say it's changed.

We all love players who come here on loan, and try, but I don't see anyone pining for Gelhardt, Doyle or Sanderson who, judging from yesterday, isn't very good and needs a haircut.
Things do change massively in footy circles, and Amad will be in their set up as soon as he is fit.
The only change to that will be Tag out the door.
That's not me guessing it came from a agent mate, who BTW deals with young guns at Man Utd.

Some thing else that changed, it was Roberts had a deal in place just before the start of this season, but that changed, things do change when other clubs look hard at you, no matter how many times you say your happy here.

A player with his ability playing in the Championship is always going to be inconsistent and have patchy form because if he was consistent he would be playing at a much higher level. The fact we managed to sign him in league one still baffles me

Fair comment...I guess it depends on whether the impact the 9/10 performances have justifies carrying the 5/10 performances. Mowbray loves him...he's far better placed and a far better judge than me. I'm just saying, to me, he looks like a luxury we can't afford when he's off.

I'm not at all disappointed he's signed....but I wouldn't have been disappointed if he'd left. He's a decent player, but patchy, for me. He's not in our top 5 and if we could of got good money, I'd of taken it. Plenty of teams would have taken him though so good intentions from the club.

I feel exactly the same to be honest. Don't think we'd miss him much if he left we have options there but really not too bothered whether he's here or not.

Chuffed about Roberts. Yes his numbers are low for direct contributions, he’ll want them to go up, but he’s such a threat constantly. Imo when he’s at his best, he’s my favourite player to watch.

I said earlier in the thread it's players like Roberts who are worth the entrance fee alone.
He gets you off your seat every time he gets the ball at his feet.
This tops a great weekend, three points, me and the bride are away for a couple of nights to celebrate her birthday tomorrow having driven through biblical wind and rain just to get to Keswick and now Pat has signed....happy days indeed.

Really happy that Paddy’s signed an extension. Don’t know if it’s just me,but I get more of a buzz when he picks the ball up, than when Jack gets it, even though Jack’s more likely to score .

I do think Roberts is more of a team player and our strikers will benefit from him.

It's a little *insert appropriate word* that the players furthest forward, for the three goals, were Jobe, Triantis and Aouchiche. It just shows that if you get in that area goals will come, the balls were all delivered from wide positions.

As Bob Shankly once said, football is a simple game, so get the ball wide and fire it in.

There's something very exciting about a tricky winger having the full backs life.

Must be a nightmare trying to plan against the pair of them, double up on one and the other could run riot.

It's lovely to see
