This has put a proper spring in my step on a miserable monday night.

He is such a ridiculous talent. His outputs havent been as good as last year but I am sure he can get back to that. I saw him on Saturday hug that touchline, which is where I love him starting. When the ball went to him it was 2 brum players every time. I think Ba is tailor made to push him hard for his spot and I think he coule get even better as a result.

SAFC sign Roberts. Tories sign Cameron. I reckon we win <laugh>

... something about all this just doesn't sit right.

I thought the standing ovation Roberts received, on Saturday, was a farewell <laugh>

I dont think it will have been sent n his mind, in his interview a few weeks ago he said he has always been happy here, and the plan was always to have contract talks once the window had shut

I do believe that we will sell players, but only when it is beneficial to the club and we can replace them appropriately and without weakening the squad.

I'm not at all disappointed he's signed....but I wouldn't have been disappointed if he'd left. He's a decent player, but patchy, for me. He's not in our top 5 and if we could of got good money, I'd of taken it. Plenty of teams would have taken him though so good intentions from the club.

We can still get good or better money for him if someone wants him.

A player with his ability playing in the Championship is always going to be inconsistent and have patchy form because if he was consistent he would be playing at a much higher level. The fact we managed to sign him in league one still baffles me
