Think I’d prefer Barry to Thomas. Naturally left sided, which we’re lacking atm. We’ve also got Millar and Belloumi to come back as well as Kamara who’s starting to show potential. I think a winger is the one position where a loan signing makes sense

Two for each position though.

Kamara and Belloumi on the right, Thomas and Millar on the left. It's a solid set of wingers to have at this level.

Hopefully Joseph grows into the lone striker role and Pedro can teach him a thing or two.

Hopefully Joseph grows into the lone striker role and Pedro can teach him a thing or two.

I think it’s also ideal for Joseph to run the opposition defenders ragged for 60-70 minutes and then have Pedro come on for the last 20-30 to take advantage of the tired legs, as happened on Friday.

Knee injuries are weird. Some recover quicker some take a bit longer.

All going well their “preseason” will probably be just as the season starts. And I don’t think even then they’ll be fully firing till December at best
