Unless some one actually does know then suggesting what type of contract he’s got is pure speculation.Omer must obviously have an "employment contract" of some sort - it's a legal requirement. I presume it's no more than a rolling monthly contract with termination notice by either side limited to that.
A fixed contract period would only provide either side with a degree of security for the specified period with possible interim performance related options for the club to revisit - I imagine that was how Tan got shot of Bulut with minimal compensation.
Those performance related clauses also work the other way. If Omer were given the job until the end of the season and he hit various specified target objectives, there could well be a punch in the wallet for him too.
I was merely mooting by inference that maintaining the status quo may be apt to this situation.
