    Its a decent thought.

My answer would be that if Rosenior had the same points total and levels of performance we've had so far this season - I'd be questioning whether I think he was the right manager for the club - but I'm not sure I'd be calling for his head yet. Reason being he had a bit more good will in the bank from the last two seasons and we've seen him put together a decent side (even if some thought he was underperforming).

Walter doesn't have that good grace and I have nothing to base my confidence that he can pull it around. I still think there's a possibility that Walter can prove me wrong - but yesterday's second half showed so little progression in the side that I don't see where Walter's good tactics are going to suddenly come from.

    Sums it up well

Its obvious someone whos been here for longer gets a bit more leeway and goodwill

But if rosie was manager now with these performances, he'd also be on thin ice

I personally cant see where the good perfomances are going to come from under walter
We will have sporadic periods of good play and we will win games here and there
But ultimately, i dont think it matters who the manager is
I think the clubs directionless, no leadership

**** knows where the club and team go from here

I can see what you’re saying but the club has ambition to get into the PL.

Only a month or so ago Acun said the ambition this season was the play-offs & it was still achievable.,

I’m guessing that was the ambition from the off & Walter was aware of this & accepted it as a objective when taking on the position.

He’s falling far below expectations with absolutely no signs of improvement.

I called it ages ago, nothing has changed since. Not even slightly.

What do people see as positives? How will he get us to the play-offs, that Acun says are achievable?

We’ve signed some capable players, they need some direction & leadership that they’re not getting currently.

For a start Acun needs to take a back seat and appoint someone to run the club on a daily basis. Preferably someone who knows English football. I don't think his ego will let him though

Probably, but I think he’d have managed them differently, have more points & a higher league position. This isn’t about LR, he’s gone. He’d have signed different players so hardly comparable.

These are Walter’s players. Would LR have signed the same? Did TW sell his style to his players prior to them signing? It’s about TW & his inept management.

What are the owners aspirations at the Club then?

We're clearly weaker this season than we were the last, several of our players had offers to progress their careers, some asked to leave with no resistance, some were loanees.

Our recruitment clearly hasn't been up to scratch and we've obviously regressed?

Hopefully at the end of this season there isn't a similar exodus or we could find ourselves knee deep in a relegation scrap next season.

I think they'll be a much bigger departure in the summer if we don't go up ( which is looking near on impossible )

That's a real possibility and a real concern. If Acun sticks to the same policy we could regress further.

If that's the case he might as well start the sale process now given how long it takes as we're definitely not going up!

The constant rebuilds every summer means we’ll have no chance of going up. It’s one step forward and two back every summer.

Acun’s ownership will end in tears.

Acun said he got rid of Rosenior for more attacking football.

Walter isn’t delivering us this promise and he’s made a rod for his own back.

Losing so many players and bringing so many in, coupled with a brand new style of football and you could have predicted our start to the season. Acun’s stitched himself up and now looks likely to pull the trigger - barring another good run.

Since the 2001/02 season, the average amount of points needed to finish 21st and stay up is 48.6.

It works out to be 1.13 points per game, and we are currently averaging 1.15 points per game.

    I appreciate his ownership.

The moribund latter years of the Allams nearly crippled this club for a generation. I boycotted from Wembley 2016 until they left and felt no better for it in truth. I felt disconnected.

But under Acun we have revitalised the fan base. One of the major plusses for me is kids around the city who are back interested in City - I see this first hand and it feels like a club rooted back in its communities again.

Granted, I have found some of the football decisions baffling and I agree with you- we need to lay plans, rather than rip them up year on year. But, with his investment and what I have outlined above, I can ultimately forgive footballing mistakes and folly quite easily.

I keep reading about entertaining football being the reason Walter was brought in, but were is the evidence of this so far, its just a chaotic mess, going forward we are toothless, the midfield in the system he is asking them to play is a none entity, leaving the defence to pass it among themselves, its crap, and lets not kid ourselves its anything other then that. Me personally from what I've witnessed so far under his tenure suggests whatever system he is trying to employ is t working at Championship level. I see no future in the bloke here, sorry.

Thing is you are judging Rosie and what he achieved with a cracking squad. If acun doesn’t sack Rosie then there’s absolutely no way of knowing he’d be doing any better with this squad. Equally we could argue Tim would have made the playoffs with Rosie’s squad.

Comparing LR & TW is comparing chalk & cheese.

If TW is relieved of his duties the better comparison would be how the replacement performs with the squad he inherits. The same players TW leaves behind.
