Refs have been ridiculously lenient since the return. A massive benefit to teams who want to tactically foul. Explains why there's been so few goals.

Sarcasm at its best
I think
You were being sarcastic weren’t you
Tbf I see where you are coming from but I also see why Everton would be happy with that result. It is definitely a way to beat us (said it loads on here) we have to find a way of breaking down teams that do that
I am more than a little bit worried about our form atm being honest
Was hoping the blip that was beginning for lockdown was going to have disappeared
But IF we don’t pick up a win against palace (who are playing very well and have been to city and won) then this massive gap we had is only going to get smaller and even the games which should be won will become tough
I do not want this to be dragged out anymore.
We will be fine, the derby has been a similar affair for a few years.
If teams play 10 behind the ball, anybody is going to struggle until the first goes in.
We must be the only team in history to be ****e in an attack when one of our fullbacks isn't playing. Thats some going that.
With 9 games to play before today’s game and 37 points on the board, sat in 12th with a set of fixtures that look far from daunting after the derby, we were never in any real danger of going down. Pretty sure I’m right in saying that since his arrival and until the point the season was curtailed, only you lot, United and City had earned more PL points than us, in the same period. His tactics today were similar to how he got Napoli to play when they beat you earlier in the season.I think as well, and I'm honestly not being snide, but there's eight games left - Everton were on 37 points. If they indulged themselves and went toe-to-toe from now until the end of the season...
Well I think Norwich, and probably Villa, are down. It's not inconceivable the other four could raise that bar to 40 points again. Big point for Everton, when the odds were that they'd get nothing. They could have even got three, and ensured safety. That has to be Everton's first objective. And we'll play others in that position before the end of the season - if we want to set records and put a gloss on it, we can't expect anyone, let alone our local rivals, to play supporting rolls in our procession.
Tedious, but I'll say it again - our great teams of the past expected favours from nobody, let alone Everton at Goodison.
Milner's booking was mad. Then again, as was Digne's.

I just don’t understand how Lovren has lasted at this club for so long. He was never good in the first place, and even his ‘top’ form is well below acceptable standards
Thankfully, he along with Clyne and Lallana will be off this summer and will free up valuable funds
You had a decent 10-15 minutes after HT and we were starting to look a bit ragged imo. Then he made subs that imo didn’t need making at that point and you went back to being predictable and quite ponderous. Then when Lovren came on, we sniffed blood.
After all the ****e, I throughly enjoyed the match. It wasn't the game, it was a bit poor, but me and my boy went through our usual ritual, sat in our usual specs. Chatted **** about inconsequential things for two hours. It was a welcome relief from the last 3 months.
I'm also enjoying being back on here, talking ****e.
Probably why I've argued with twice as many people as I have in 20 minutes as I have in the last 4 years.
