Mate, if you're now going to throw in American foreign policy into the mixer as some sort of false equivalency and whataboutery, then every living president should be up there. This, it appears, is the Kustard argument - Trump didn't start a foreign war (though he did illegally support the assassination of Iraqis, but let that pass) ergo he is morally superior to any president that proceeded him.
With respect, my arse - he swore an oath to uphold the constitution, then tried to bully and cajole elected state officials to falsify their election counts, then tried to organise a military coup, then instigated a violent insurrection against his own government. By the articles of his own country's constitution and federal law he is a seditionist and traitor. As previously said, Biden wants this like a hole in the head as he strives to take on a pandemic that Trump have completely ****ed up, but the more is revealed about what Trump and his running dogs have done, the more the US will face a looking back moment again of 'We should have stood up then and stopped it' if they give him a free pass for the sake of 'Unity'.
Every US president has blood on their hands - Trump has the blood of his own people on his hands, and it would have been many more if he'd have been allowed.
See this is the problem, as soon has someone questions something, you get defensive over it. You supposedly deal in facts. All I'm asking is if Trump is being impeached, then why stop there, it's a straight forward enough question.
But no, this is all about the side of a political fence someone sits. I'm happy for Trump to be impeached, but look at who was leading it, Nancy Pelosi, the same person that had a close bond with George Bush and protected him from impeachement. So I ask again, why protect George and not Donald or is it ok to atttack anyone, as long has they are not American.
Trump deserves the book thrown at him, but then so does America as a country, for some of the shhite they've caused in the world. I'm merely looking at this through an open mind, rather than a media led one.
